Make the most of your time in Iceland and use one day to try horse riding and visit the Blue Lagoon geothermal bath in a day tour from Reykjavik. Reykjavik Backpackers offers a day tour which includes a pick up at Reykjavik Backpackers, horse riding in the lava fields close to Hafnafjörður town followed by a soak in the Blue Lagoon.
You'll start the day by horse riding on the magnificent Icelandic horse, known for its good temper and smooth gauge. After experiencing the horse, Icelandic nature and their co-existance you'll get a chance to soak in the Blue Lagoon Geothermal Bath which is know for its nice blue waters with soothing earth materials and relaxing environment.

Equipment needed
Riding gear is provided but we recommend you dress warmly and bring gloves and hat and wear warm socks/boots. Bring your bathing suit and towel or rent it at the Blue Lagoon.

No age limit but participants in the horse riding tour must be able to maneuver the horse under instructions.
