First Class

"First Class - Thank you!" Not only was Reykjavik Backpackers an extremely high standard of accommodation, every staff member went beyond the extra mile for anything I asked. In particular, I left behind some personal items in the bathroom when I left, and when I contacted them after I had returned to England, not only did they (Jon) send me a photo to confirm the items they found were mine, but they returned it all to me first-class post! It wasn't a small box of things either! So - thanks a lot team, I have never come across such amazing service. (Website review, 27. February 2011)
